We currently deliver hardware, power tools, electrical equipment, industrial supplies, safety products, and related accessories across India through trusted logistics and courier partners to ensure safe, secure, and timely delivery.

ORDER PROCESSING

1. Orders are generally processed within 1–2 working days after successful payment confirmation.
2. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may be processed on the next working day.
3. Processing times may vary during festive seasons, promotional campaigns, product availability, or due to unforeseen circumstances.
4. Certain heavy, bulky, industrial, or special-order products may require additional processing time before dispatch.

DELIVERY TIMELINE

1. Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on the delivery location.
2. Heavy machinery or oversized products may require additional delivery time.
3. Remote or difficult-to-reach locations may require extended delivery schedules.
4. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier operations, weather conditions, public holidays, transportation delays, or circumstances beyond our control.

SHIPPING CHARGES

1. Free Shipping on orders above ₹999.
2. A flat shipping fee of ₹49 will be charged on orders below ₹999.
3. Additional shipping charges for oversized, heavy, or special handling products (if applicable) will be clearly displayed during checkout before payment.

ORDER TRACKING

1. Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number and shipment details will be shared via Email, SMS, or your registered Biznus account.
2. Customers can track their shipment using the tracking information provided by our courier partner.

DELIVERY ISSUES

If your order is delayed, lost, damaged during transit, or marked as delivered but not received, please contact our customer support team immediately.
