RETURN POLICY

Effective Date: 01 January 2025

Biznus is owned and operated by INDOGLOBAL DEFTECH LLP (LLPIN: AAY-6197).

We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery for eligible products purchased from Biznus.

RETURN CONDITIONS

To qualify for a return:

1. The product must be unused and in its original condition.
2. The product must be returned with its original packaging, invoice, user manuals, warranty card (if applicable), accessories, and all supplied components.
3. The return request must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

Returns are accepted in the following cases:

1. Wrong product delivered.
2. Defective or manufacturing-fault product received.
3. Damaged product received during transit.
4. Missing parts, accessories, or components.
5. Product significantly different from the description displayed on the website.

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN

1. Log in to your Biznus account.
2. Go to "My Orders."
3. Select the product you wish to return.
4. Follow the return instructions provided.

RETURN VERIFICATION

Once the returned product is received and inspected by our quality team, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your return request.

APPROVED RETURNS

Upon approval:

1. A replacement product will be dispatched, subject to product availability.

OR

1. A refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

NON-RETURNABLE PRODUCTS

The following products may not be eligible for return:

1. Products damaged due to improper installation, misuse, negligence, or unauthorized repairs.
2. Used products showing signs of wear, usage, or physical damage.
3. Products returned without original packaging, invoice, manuals, warranty card, or accessories.
4. Customized or special-order products.
5. Consumable products or items marked as Non-Returnable on the product page.
6. Products returned after the eligible return period.

IMPORTANT NOTES

1. Return approval is subject to product inspection and verification by Biznus.
2. Replacement products are subject to stock availability.
3. If a replacement product is unavailable, an eligible refund will be issued.
4. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
5. Products must be securely packed before being handed over to the courier for return.
