CANCELLATION POLICY

Effective Date: 01 January 2025

This Cancellation Policy applies to Biznus, owned and operated by INDOGLOBAL DEFTECH LLP (LLPIN: AAY-6197).

ORDER CANCELLATION

Customers may request cancellation of an order before it has been processed or shipped.

Once an order has been packed, processed, or dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

Biznus reserves the right to cancel any order due to:

1. Product unavailability.
2. Pricing or technical errors.
3. Payment verification failure.
4. Suspected fraudulent transactions.
5. Incomplete or incorrect customer information.

In such cases, the customer will be notified, and any eligible refund will be processed.

4. Reason for Cancellation

Our support team will review your request and inform you whether the cancellation has been approved.

REFUND FOR CANCELLED ORDERS

If your cancellation request is approved:

1. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during the purchase.
2. Refunds are generally completed within 7–10 business days after approval.
3. Bank processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders that have not yet been shipped, the order will simply be cancelled without any refund process.

IMPORTANT NOTES

1. Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.
2. Customized, special-order, or made-to-order products cannot be cancelled once processing has started.
3. Bulk or commercial orders may not be eligible for cancellation after confirmation.
4. Promotional, clearance sale, or limited-time offer products may not be eligible for cancellation after order confirmation.
5. Biznus reserves the right to approve or reject cancellation requests based on the order status.
