Refund Eligibility

  1. Refunds are applicable if the product is damaged, defective, or not as described.
  2. Refund requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
  3. The product must be unused, in original packaging, and include all accessories/manuals.

Refund Process

  1. Contact us at support@biznus.in or via the app.
  2. Provide your order ID, reason for refund, and photos (if applicable).
  3. Once verified, we’ll initiate a refund within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.

Note: Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the issue is from our side.
